Shipping Policy

Our average delivery turnaround is 5 - 7 working days from when the order is confirmed. 

The lantern and glass will come on separate deliveries and may arrive on different days, however we always aim for them to arrive on the same day.

Please ensure you do not book any installations until the product has arrived in full as we cannot be held accountable for any delays and cannot offer any discounts / compensation.

Glass deliveries are roadside only and somebody will need to be present to assist with unloading the glass. In the event that nobody is present for the delivery a redelivery charge may apply.

We do not offer returns as these products are made to order.

Please check all items on delivery for missing / damaged items, we must be notified immediately of any issues.
